Cheating and harassment of family

4 months back, my brother started a small company. He showed me his transactions ans record, and I realized it is a profitable company. I work in a small company and hardly earn 20k per month. What my big brother did is he took a loan of 4 lac rupees on my name using my documents and loan came to my account. I was very angry but I accepted he said he needs it for company. Then he did not pay monthly EMI's for even 1 month. He sold my dads car. Sold my laptop as well. He is just very cool about it. My whole family is in tention and my dad is heart patient. He doesnt care about anyone and now when I said to him that I cannot pay monthly emi also and take care of my family also, he said do whatever you want i dont care about you or family. I dont have money now so cannot give. He's conned my dad over 10 lacs till date. We are all in very much tention. Please advise
