I want to invest in my friend business and my share is 50% and im the investor and I don’t want to enter in partnership if in case of dispute my share and investment should be safe which agreement or deed should i enter?

you should enter in to a financing agreement wherein your role is only a financier and you have loaned the friend and his company a definite sum of money and that your friend should repay the principal along with interest on a certain date( not later than 3 years) from date of your investment
