About tenant contract validation in joint property

If co owner done contract with tenant without consent of other co owner in joint property in this case whether contract is valid or not?
Challenge to Validity of contract depends on many factors. Most importantly it will depend on what co owner has disclosed in the contract to the tenant. I presume this contact referred by you to be a leave and license agreement.
