Vasan Healthcare - Due rent amount

I have already filed a case against Vasan at Calicut to pay me the pending rent for more than 2 years. Meanwhile I came to know about the Insolvency case at Chenna and submitted all papers. They are still operating now in my building and I would like to know who will be responsible for current month rent amount ? Vasan is saying all issues are with court.

If the insolvency petition has been admitted, a Resolution Professional would be appointed who would take over the management of the company. You have to file the necessary documents before the Resolution Professional to get your claim admitted. The Resolution Professional will take your claim on record based on that and admit the claim.
