Latest threshold limit for creditors under Ibc act as some say it's 1crore some say it's 10crore...is it applicable for partnership firm?
whatever is the limit, one thing is certain that corporate does not mean partnership. a partnership firm is as good as an individual. IBC code does not extend to individuals as of now. It is still governed by provincial insolvency Act.
