is Retention of Title arrangements applicable on services in India? Should it be mentioned in Demand Notice us 8 of IBC Code, for Services delivered by OC and might be used by CD for receiving payments from the Employer, without making payments to OC.
No. Retention of Title (ROT) arrangements are not applicable on services in India. However, it should be mentioned in the Demand Notice as it will help tilt equity in your favour at the time of arguments.
