Will the international transaction via foreign lottery be illegal?

I want to play foreign lottery online via making payment through neteller. 1. If my friend transfers money from America in my neteller account and I use that money to buy foreign lottery, is it illegal. 2. What if I win big amount. Will I ve any problem transferring that money in india. 3. Buying online foreign lottery from delhi is illegal As I don't want to land in trouble later on.

Sir playing lottery in India is an illegal offence as you does not want to be in trouble but if your friend transfer amount from their account then its fine but if you use that amount for playing lottery then it seems to be a problem
