What to do stock broker sold my shares in his pool account

My stock broker sold my shares in his pool account and used my those funds for his own trading. I am asking him to transfer my shares to my demat account . He is prolonging. Please guide me how to get my shares or funds back.

The broker has to transfer the purchased shares to your demat account subject to you have already made payment. Even after making payment within the specified period, the broker has sod your shares then you need to file a compliant in the Investor Grievance Cell of the respective Stock Exchange on which you have purchased your share.
