What to do SBI after few months decline my loan request

Hi, SBI bank approved my house for lease and provide a letter for house modification as per bank requirement. We have modified our home as per provided letter by bank and spend money approx 2 lac for house modification. After few month now bank denied to come on lease. Request you pls suggest what to do. We spend 2 lac rupees for house modification as per provided letter by bank.
If you have any kind of agreement or MOU then it will depend upon the terms and conditions of that documents. For now you can either file a suit for recovery of damages and initially send them a legal notice. After perusal of the document it can be seen what other rights you have before the court of law.

yes you have good prima facie case in your favor, bank have to reimburse your damages and also the cost of further renovation to make your house as it was earlier.... you can sue the bank for not performng their part of contract and for loss etc.
