What to do incase of negligence of Bank

Bank is charging 30,000 more than my passbook closing balaence after 5 years saying this was your inetrest which we forgot to add in your passbook as its a human error.i am unemployed n suffered mentally a lot due to this as they have never mention this interest to me during my loan tenure. Banking lokpal say its human error n we cant do anything. I want them to compensate for their mistake as human error cant be there for complete 5 years.. Pleas help can i go to consumer court.. Will they help regarding negligilance in services from bank and compensate me for all the mental harrasment bank person caused to me by doubling the money all of sudden at the end of loan tenure and threatening me for legal case even when i am not at fault and they even didnt even apologize for their mistake as they behave very rudly... Please suggest as my father suffers a heart attack due to this

Yes you can go to consumer court but before that you can take this case step by step on bank website. just raise a complaint regarding your query and if you not satisfy with their resolution then go further and in last go to banking ombudsman. and if you still not satisfy with their answer then go to consumer court.

Yes you can file a complaint in consumer court for their mistake by inserting all the facts and circumstances not only for the money they charge for human error but also for the mental pain and suffering that happen to you
