Hello sir. I am a general insurance adviser. Me lagbhag per day 25 se 30 thousand apne saving account me jama krta hu.or usi din insurance company k account m imps kr detu hu. Income tax pad skata hai. Jbki saving m 20 se 30 thousnd hi rahte h.

You can state the Insurance company that it was wrongly done refund process can be made. if needed help I can help you out.
There is so such issue for pity amount being in bank a/c.
