What to do if a person doesn't close the loan taken on my profile

Builder took a home loan on my profile by paying me 5% of the total amt. He promised to close the loan in two years but now he is not closing it. Please advise what can be done.

We can not done as this was according to both of your consent but yes if it is written somewhere then you can complaint against along with proof of evidence if he has not done according to decided terms and conditions.

BUT FIRST OF ALL LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BUILDER WITH RESPECT TO CLOSING OR TAKING OF LAON ON YOUR BEHALF, AND OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS OF LOAN, AND ALSO LET ME KNOW IF HE IS A GUARANTOR IN THAT LOAN AGREEMENT.
