What to do after dispensation of loan ROI is showing 17%

I took loan against property I was told ROI is 14% but when I got sanction Letter after getting loan dispersed in account ROI is 17% What can I do in this case?
The sanction letter is signed by you and also D.P note and agreement , all would contain same interest.
do you have any document to show that the ROI was 14 and not 17 . if yes then you can approach the court , if not that i would suggest you repay the loan or get it take over from another bank where the ROi is lower then 17 % . and write a letter to HO of the financial institution about the same and in future before signing the documents go through the terms and condition.
