What legal action can be taken against bank for adding subsidy

In SBI I got Subsidy of Rs.1,00,000/- from Govt. And bank has to add one more lakh and should give 200000 as loan. But, my Subsidy amount is not in hold and available to withdraw. I informed to FO in bank, he scolded me without hearing what I am saying. I have withdrawn the amount. After 3 months bank is blaming me with out listening to my words about my issue. I strongly believe it is the mistake of bank officials who is irresponsible in their work. Please help me in getting out of this issue. I know I have to repay or to less it in the total loan amount?

You are not mentioned the type of subsidy amount for rs 100000. You are not mentioned the type of loan you have.
Is it agricultural loan subsidy or other loan subsidy?
Please ask for your loan account statement in your branch. Every transaction is available on the statement. Check the statement with a charted accountant.
Then decide for your further step.

First of all you have give a representation to the bank to avail subsidy and if the bank did not permit, you can complaint to the Ombdusman of the bank and if no resolution you can complain, you can approach the consumer forum under the deficiency of the services
