What can creditor do in case no notice of insolvency was received

04-Jul-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
What can a creditor do if he has not received the notice from the insolvency professional sent during the process of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Proceeding? Is their any limitation period for the creditor to raise an issue against the proceedings? If yes, then what if he has not received such notice, can he raise issue later?

the proceeding is purely separate proceeding, and if any creditor files any case , claim after issue of insolvency proceeding then he has to mention/ claim in thesame court where insolvency proceeding is pending otherwise creditors claim is not maintainable.....
