We got a Civil Court Judgement for payment of Rs. 2.3 lakhs in March 2018. No payment so far. What is the next step? Any time limit for payment?

1. Either you may walk-in to jurisdictional police station along with court order to pressurize the opponent to make the payment Or You may approach same court to file Execution petition.
2. Once the court order for the other party to make the payment then its immediate effect.
3. By parallel, you may find the property details of the other party and pray court to attach them.
