I got a call from some people saying they are calling from bank of baroda and my loan file has been approved. To claim that i need to take a insurance from India First life insurance company. The email which said that the loan file has been approved was sent by [email protected] So the domain looken genuine to me. I paid the insurance premium online on 8th jan. And received the insurance papers on 25 jan. Every thing is fine till now. But then from 25th january it May month and they have not disbursed my loan. They keep on saying it will be done within couple of days but its been 4 months now. So i want to send a notice to the sales team. Bank of baroda and First India life insurance company,
Hi,
You shall send them a legal notice asking them to disburse the loan as per the promised time or ask them to refund back the premium with interest.
