Wants to get stay order after receiving auction letter

Can we obtain stay order from court once we receive auction letter, in which the amount is asked to pay in 10 days, and the bank is a urban cooperative bank.Please help.
YES court/Tribunal can grant a stay order on the auction letter or notice issued by the bank for recovery of due loan amount from you and to get a stay, application has to be filed for such stay and upon hearing stay will be granted
