Want to stop cheque payment or bounce

I booked an property in noida for amount of 51000/- and also give a post dated cheque of amount of rupees 1lac 10 thousand that I don't want to purchase this property and wanted to do stop PD cheque what should I do .

in this matter you have to legal steps for cancellation of the said property.if u simply stop the cheque then you have to face the cases against tht so
