Want to know the possibility for cheating case filling after 15 years

06-Apr-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
A stock broker has sold the shares in 2003 and sent the statement mentioning the amount credited, but it was not reflected in the bank statement. It is a clear-cut case of cheating though detected lately. Can we take up .legally after a gap of 15 years for payment?
