Unable to repay home loan bank collection agent harassing

I unable to pay home loan, PL, Local public credits I have only one home that what's in loan I haven't able to sell the property because of local public and bank collection agency I need good suggestions from permanently
Please discuss with your lending bank/financial institution, convince them of your genuine difficulties in repayment of the loan, and request them for an OTS. If you have no other financial asset, you may have to sell the property and repay your dues.
