Took loan from HDFC bank on my mothers name with fathers documents

...My Father govt Employ taken Autoloan for Car with Amount of 600000 lakhs with Emi of 11040/Month...But Hdfc Bank given Loan in the name of My Mom with Complete Documents of My father and his Job Surety ,My Mom was Housewife, Now Suddenly My Father Expired With heart stroke So we Don't have Income Now and Pension also too less which can't reach Monthly EMI....And For Starting pension funds it take Nearly 6Months Office People said and and other settlements also Need time. So we can't pay EMI Because Hdfc Bank given Loan with Complete Documents n Surety of My father Regarding This I went to Hdfc Bank Near My Home who approved N given Loan to us Now they are saying they don't have any right to stop are take action against Loan ,saying It's part of head office work Now what I should do? Can I file case ?Any Advice please
yes, you can file a case, if hdfc bank is trying to forcing to hand over the car or taking repossession of car without following due procedure of law and using their parties to recover the car on loan
