My father in law was death. When my gir friend transfer her father's account to her name from London bank has requested some legal documents from Senegal. because she is living in Senegal. but Senegal lawyers request more money for that. She need to know can she make that documents from Sri Lanka. due to my country is Sri Lanka and here lawyer not request more money?
It is difficult to answer this query without specific details. However, if the banks requires documents from senegal due to residence or other legal issues, I dont think you can get a substitute from another country. Mere difference in lawyers'fees cannot be the sole criteria here.
