Can any registered banking society use Haryana government logo in their offices.please answer in detail what type of offence it is and what action we can do against this
Registered banking society can not use Haryana Government logo for any of official purpose. Officials can be prosecuted for impersonation, cheating and misrepresentation if they are taking any benefit by using logo
