Suspension of PSU bank staff validity without serving charge sheet

As per Supreme court judgement in February 2015. After suspension the charge sheet should be served to delequent employee (govt) with in 90 days. Otherwise suspension should be revoked. Is it applies to PSU Bank staff also. If it is true how to approach legally.

There is no law says employee should be suspended once any FIR filed on them. Filing of charge sheet can be delayed by IO for various grounds. Did you go for quash of FIR in the high court? . You may get in touch with us.
