i lend some money ..to some one..
he promised me that.he will return in two days..but it was almost 5 months..ow he was not giving the money..and making an roud behaviour on me....i am having only proofs of call recordings amd chatting conversations....
you can send legal notice to him. for civil and criminal both. if money is very small, then better discuss personal with him. if good decent amount then fight. facts and evidence are important. your chat can help.
