Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana, I was not listed in final list. I have one crop loan50k & another one 150k on my agriculture land.Since 2 year i was paying reguler EMI without fail. I want to know on which circumstances they eliminated my name from lift. I wanted to know information under RTI act. On which department I can file form & how?

Under this scheme, farmers who have availed crop loan orterm loan after ARPIL 2009 AND HAVE FAILED TO REPAY SUCH LOANS AS ON 30.06.2016 on certain criteria would be given loan waiver of a max of 1.5 lakhs and Farmers who have paid back the loan as on 30.06.2017 will be eligible for 25% or 25000 whichever is low.
