Retired person but not got my pension due to some finance company,

I'm a retired person almost one year ago but still not get my pension,in 2010 I have signed a surity for my friend for getting a home loan,but the finance company has misused my signature and they given loan for some unknown person,last year when I retired from my work,atlast I get to know that the finance company has given a case against me which I didn't signed for that person who I really don't know that person,I gone with a lawyer but I didn't get the solution and I need a legal advice and the best lawyer in chennai who can find solution for this,it's a pakka forgery case done by the finance company.but my lawyer is standing by the finance company and not ready to solve this case.

if you are not able to get a pension you should write a letter to the concerned authorities and the last working place and even to the accountant general office who are giving the pension to you afterwards they are not giving any pension you should file writ petition
