Remedy for credit card default for non payment of outstanding dues

sir ihave recieved legal notice from sbi credit card for which outstanding amount is 87000/ which i dont have right now to pay.now what to do in this regard

1. As you utilized the card, you are liable to repay the debt.

2. Accept the notice and reply the same through lawyer.

3. In case, if you need more time to repay then you may can the time on notice.

As per the recent notification from the RBI plz make sure that you pay the outstanding at the earliest because we have Acts have come into force which may spoil the status of individual in case for further references henceforth arrange the funds and Clear it at earliest possible
