In normal banking practice, a cheque bounce/dishonour is reflected in the account statement as well as the bank sends an intonation to the account holder with a cheque return memo informing about the dishonour of cheque. It is important and obligatory on part of bank to inform of cheque bounce.

No it is not possible anytime. ask bank if it has happened. Bank is only authority which can tell you about cheque bounce. Cheque bounce is criminal offence. So beware of this matter and never issued .

There is some wrong with your bank. kindly contact with your bank. As per provision after returning / bounce of a cheque same will be duly communicated to the account holder. if you have not been communicated either by massage or by statement of account it is fault of your bank and you can take appropriate action against the bank for your lose (if any).
