Regarding taking payment from a company not giving registration fee

Sir/Madam, Actually i have done a work of company which is in Noida as per the address they informed. Before starting work they took registration fee from me and told that it will be refundable after completion of two assignmemts. But after completing my frst assignment they have not sent my salary. It has been 23 days since i have submitted my work and before registration they told that salary will be sent within 24 hours of sending the work. What should i do? Thank You!

I have read your question according to that yr company had taken work from you but as per there words in which they promised you to pay you after completion of assignment given by them,but after given your target they have still not paid the salary ,in this condition you should immediately take help of an advocate who can guide you to take a legal steps on your behalf.

Please share the terms of the arrangement with the company. Was it an online business model? Is all refund and payment based upon completion of a minimum number of assignments? When was your payment due in terms of the agreement?

Sir, registration fees is not possible to get back from company but salary can be reimbursed to your work if you have any written agreement/contract/mail/work order or any documents related to the same
