Regarding HDFC bank,,, without given prior notice they cut my saving

I have open saving account in hdfc bank, i have diposite 10230 on last 5 dayes but bank without given me any prior information they have cut my hole amount,,, actullay i have taken car loan in 2007 i have close my acount on 2008 after 12 years they cut my above amount.... What to do now

Further RBI guidance to banks has been not to charge customers on dormant accounts when they do not have any balance. So you should be able to negotiate with HDFC to waive off all the bank charges. If they do not agree, you can write to the banking ombudsman. You will very likely get a decision in your favour and the bank will waive this off completely.
