REGARDING HARRASMENT BY PUNJAB AND SIND BANK AGAINST HOME LOAN

bank first promised to give home loan on already mortgaged property later on denied when registry date came. they deduct our near about Rs 18000/- and harrased us near about two months. they accepted our home loan application processed for loan and deduct money later on move away from their words that they can not give loan on already mortgaged property. i asked them if you already decided not to give loan why accepted our loan application and deduct money from our amount. But they are giving no resposne
I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to issue a strongly worded legal notice to the concerned directors of the bank asking them to return the money deducted with compensation.
