Rebuttal of loan amount whether an offence under cheque bounce

maintainablity of complaint u/s 138 if cheque got bounced again after issuing legal notice...how can a loan amount be rebutted if loan amount does not match with cheque amount.
IN ORDER TO REBUT THE SAME YOU NEED TO HAVE THE LOAN ACCOUNT STATEMENT . THE AMOUNT NEED NOT MATCH PART PAYMENT CHEQUE CAN BE MADE , BUT IF THE CHEQUE AMOUNT IS MORE THAN THE LOAN OUTSTANDING THEN DEFINITELY GOES IN YOUR FAVOUR.
BUT STILL YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN HOW THE CHEQUE GOT IN THEIR POSSESSION.
