The complaint is, I cheated his money, but he didn't give any money to me, so he don't have any agreement and proper documents. He misused my company bank challan and blindly he made false complaint against me. So that I want to apply quash petition in Banglore high court with having proof. My case I have proof of email conversation and what's up chat conversation and some more proofs. For Quash petition court law will accept the email conversation and what's up chat conversation? Yes, you can file quash petition before the High Court. In High Court the e-mail transaction between the parties would accepted as evidence. What's up chat conversation will not be taken as evidence in a quash proceedings but it can be used as evidence during the trial go said criminal complaint.
