Qatar Company terminate me with Qatar bank Loan

Myself Sardar Pachimbare (+91 9146337733) my company terminate me with Qatar unpaid loan QAR 110000 + Credit card QAR 19000. I left from Qatar due to medical emergency and company denied my leave extension and they terminate me. Now I don't have job and no other sources for income. Even my settlement amount include Gratuity and leave paid also not released by company to bank. Kindly advise.
