Procedure to withdraw complaint filed for theft of atm card.

hi somebody took my atm and withdraw 1300 dirhams. i filed a complaint and when i saw a video my room mate girlfriend is taking out cash from atm . i wanted to withdraw my case as i m getting married and i wil be going to paksitan next month. i never been in court i dont know what she wil tel in court and i do not have any relationship with her, i want to know what will happen if i withdraw my case .if she can filled a case against me or wil i get more fine that y i am withdrawing now. she told police that i gave her card to withdraw money as i purpose her for marriage and she refused now i m doing it as reveng. i cannot follow up my case. please advice what i can do best. as she does not have mobile she used my mobile to chat her boyfriend. i m scared she can misuse those chat

Its all depends upon the charges filed in Fir and charge sheet and if the charges is compoundable then you can withdraw the case on next date of hearing in which you and your gf (both the parties) has to appear before court and if the charges is non cognizable then you must have to quash the Fir in high court
