Position to take loan from bank on the name of father

Sir/madam my father has 10 cents land now my sister want to built college in that land .Land owner is my dad and college owner is my sister is there any problem to take loan on my father name so One saying change land to my sister I am not happy for that is there any solution
your sister and father can apply for bank loan as 1st and 2nd applicant respectively, land need not be transferred, however, it is advisable not to go for bank loan on entire land if you have a share in the land
