Please help me how to sort out my credit card issue

I have a SBI credit card and i have not made the payment due to some crisis and therefore after 2 -months they blocked my card and asking me to pay 53000/- they put some late payment fees and other fees in additon to 37000/- i said i will pay my due but in installment so they said they will give only 2 installment. I said i need atleast 8 installment to clear bcz my salary only around 14000/-. They said its is not possible. I said i cant pay if u cant give option. Bank doesnt bother and they send legal notice and calling everyday. I dont know want change the mobile number or relocate myself. Advise me.
1. As banker sent legal notice to you, they are about to file criminal / civil suit against you.
2. Take the opinion from a lawyer to reply the legal notice accordingly.
3. I suggest you not to change your mobile number Or relocate yourself.
4. You may also think of filing police complaint against the recovery agents from whom you get harassed.
