My mom is the co applicant. I lost my job in mar 2020. My emi is 60k and total loan amount with interest is 35 lacks. My parents have a own house worth of 1 to 2 crores. I don't want my house to get affected bcz of my stupid loan. I may need 1 or 2 more months for job searching. How to proceed further? Until now my parents don't know about my loan. Moratorium is also getting end this aug month end. I'm even ready to go jail. At any cost there should be no affect on my parents house.What should i do? Please help me. I'm a hindu. My mom is the co applicant.

if you are not able to pay the EMI and when the bank agents are torturing you to repay you can approve the court without due process of law the bank should not act and when should not send Gurdas to your home or office and to stop all the illegal treatments through telephone conversation you can approach the court

I understand your issues, Rs. 60,000 not a big amount you send a email to customer care for asking a moratorium period of 3 to 6 months for you due's, wait for their reply with in 15 days and tell your proceedings to collection agent who approached you. Further they asking you contact me for further action.
