Person not returning my dues despite follow ups

I hold a shares account with a company and the RM there told he would invest on my behalf and asked for some time to show results. I invested 97K. Initially he lost some amount and I informed him to either be careful or stop investing if he is not sure. Jan this year he lost the entire amount plus was fooling me stating demat acct charges are so much. I figured out the things and approached his manager. He said that the guy would pay 40k and invest the same in market and fetch the balance amount and to cooperate. With great difficulty he paid 40K in 2 installments upto last month citing covid reasons and stuff though he delayed..i kept quiet as it was a pandemic.. and now he is least bothered to recover the balance amount. no response to my messages. What should I do to recover my amount? Please advice.
