Person collected 60k from me for investing in cryptocurrency

Collected 60k from me for investing in cryptocurrency in Jan 2018 now he's not giving money back as subjected company is closed. Now person collected money is blackmailing he'll die if I'm asking money
Cryptocurrency is not a legal tender in India and the same has been published by RBI and Government, and any transaction in that regard is deemed illegal and so you may initiate case in that regard.
