if a person dies without paying credit card debt is their family liable to pay the same as their was no joint accounts of credit cards
Yes, Legal Heirs of the person who had purchased the goods and services on Credit Card are liable to pay the EMI Installments of the person who died. If they won't pay, they will be dragged to court for not making the payment.
