Pay Fixation of Defence Personnel in LIC of India

Appointment in Lic on 26/08/2009, pay fixed on 14/07/2010, under Lic circulars, dated 02/061989, 19/11/2010 and 17/11/2012 which protected basic pay,gade pay, DA, hra, cca ration allowances. etc. Now, after eight years Lic issued another circular dated 06/01/2017 stating only basic pay , grade pay and DA to be protected other heads which already paid. In salries from 2009 will be recovered . Here after salry will be paid as per new circular.also the new circular divide usin two parameters officers will be given as many increment as years they served in defence in previous circular S all are under same set of laws. Please guide me the cource of action so that I will be save from recovery from2009 and my salry also no reduced.
As the LIC is an undertaking of the government of India and also it is controlled by the state, you can file a writ petition before the High Court for securing your rights which have been infringed by LIC. Not only you can be saved from the recovery but also you can challenge the constitutionality and validity of the such circulars.
