Original registry copy missing by GIC Housing Finance what can be done

I have done the registry on month April 2016 now I got to know that my original regisitery copy is missing as bank hasn't received so I want my original registry copy once I will pay my loan amount so kindly suggest the best way as this mistake happened from GIC housing finance company.
Since the original sale deed has been lost you should first get the matter reported with the police, obtain a certified copy of sale deed from registrar office as the Bank will require you to deposit the sale deed with it...as one of the conditions for giving loan and to ensure repayment of the same. You can also proceed against the person liable for causing loss of document.
