OD A/C declared NPA, what to do

I have an OD account which bank declared NPA on 30.09.17 they have send me a letter demanding total OD amount with interest within 60 days please help and suggest what to do.
What is the matter kindly tell in detail. Bank has all right to ask for its money which it has allowed you to withdraw over your credit balance with the bank. Please tell more of your contract with the bank so that I can figure out what to do.
