My loan account is NPA for 2 years. How should i proceed for OTS
That depends on whether the bank is ready to indulge in One Time Settlement. If yes, a well cut out OTS Plan needs to be drafted by a lawyer and presented before the bank authorities. If no, then a notice requesting OTS must be sent by a lawyer to the bank authorities.

You shall proceed very Carefully.
The bank will ask you to pay the whole amount but to proceed further you need to show your intention. The OTS proposals as well as meetings should take place in a proper manner.
