I am working in NBFC owned by govt of kerala if owner of the property is abroad can we accept notorised power of attorney to provide loan by signing all the loan agreement and bonds by the power holder mentioned in the notorised power of attorney. Liability intend to crestr id about 3 lakh. What are the prcsutions to be taken if we arr accepting thid notorised Our company allows only registered or embassy attested power of attornry

you can accept notarised power attorney orginal attested by indian embassy and get an affidavit signed by him and givr the loanif all documents are verified to be correct. there us no wrong in the same.
