Not able to repay education loan due to lack of earning capacity

sir,my brother borrowed education loan from a bank, till now my brother didn't get any good job...he is working in some small company monthly salary is 12500Rs... now he unable to repay that loan amount...but bank take action against him...there is any way to avoid repay that loan amount temporarly?
There is no way you can avoid repayment of the bank loan. In the case of default, the bank may initiate legal action. You are advised to negotiate with the bank to explore the chances of a settlement.
