Not able to pay consumer durable loan

Hello sir/madam
I have taken a consumer durable loan and paid 6 emis out of 9 but due to my sudden financial crisis I’m not able to pay my remaining 3 emis and the recovery agents are harassing me calling day and night. What’s the solution for this ? Please help me with this
1.Recovery agents can not harass you for the repayment.
2. Banker can only file recovery suit against you, in case of non-payment towards loan.
3. You may get help from a lawyer to approach local police station to file complaint against the recovery agents.
